About me
I’m a certified Gestalt therapist with over twenty years of experience helping adults navigate anxiety, depression, addiction, relationship challenges, grief, and other major life transitions.
In my practice I aim to create a space where clients can slow down, reflect, and connect with themselves in a more meaningful way.
Gestalt therapy is my principal therapeutic approach and I draw from other psychodynamic therapies and behavioral approaches including CBT. In addition, I have completed trainings in Motivational Interviewing, Logotherapy, Existential therapy, Jungian analysis, and many others.
I help clients better understand the patterns that may be keeping them stuck while building greater self-awareness, emotional resilience, and practical tools for change.
Therapy, for me, is about fostering authenticity and helping people move toward a life that feels more connected, fulfilling, and aligned with who they truly are.
